JJGeorge Long/Compact/and XL Table Assembly Instructions

 

Contents

(1) Tabletop with hole for Grill

(1) Shelf

(2) Legs with locking caster wheels installed

(8) 5/16" Coarse Thread Bolts 3.5" Long

(8) Washers

(8) 5/16” Nuts

 ** You will need a hammer (Preferably Rubber) and a ½” wrench or socket for assembly

 Assembly

  1. Place 1 set of legs on shelf with screw heads on bottom of legs facing the shelf.  Line up holes in shelf with bottom holes on the legs.  Tap (2) bolts with hammer through leg and shelf.  Insert washer from the inside and “hand tighten” nuts.
  2. Repeat step one for other side of shelf.
  3. Stand shelf and legs upright with wheels on the ground.  Insert tabletop over the legs and line up holes in the top of the legs with the holes in the tabletop.  Tap (4) bolts with hammer through legs and tabletop.  Insert washer from the inside and “hand tighten” nuts.
  4. With ½” wrench or socket, tighten all 8 bolts until they are snug.  Do not over tighten.
  5. You are already finished!  Please remember to place concrete paver or table nest under your grill before cooking!

(12) 1/4" Bolts 2.75" Long

(12) Washers

(12) 1/4” Nuts

** You will need a hammer (Preferably Rubber) and a 7/16” wrench or socket for assembly

Assembly

  1. Place 1 set of legs on shelf with screw heads on bottom of legs facing the shelf without JJGeorge logo.  Line up holes in shelf with bottom holes on the legs.  Tap (2) bolts with hammer through leg and shelf.  Insert washer from the inside and “hand tighten” nuts.  Flip over and repeat on other side.
  2. Then repeat step 1 for the shelf with JJGeorge logo using middle holes in legs.
  3. Stand shelf and legs upright with wheels on the ground.  Insert tabletop over the legs and line up holes in the top of the legs with the holes in the tabletop.  Tap (4) bolts with hammer through legs and tabletop.  Insert washer from the inside and “hand tighten” nuts.
  4. With 7/16” wrench or socket, tighten all bolts until they are snug.  Do not over tighten.
  5. You are already finished!  Please remember to place concrete paver or table nest under your grill before cooking!
