The Fishbones heavy duty charcoal grate improves airflow by preventing ash clogs in the grate of your firebox. These fire grates are made put of heavy duty (304) stainless steel and will not rust. Currently we have grates in stock for both the Large Big Green Egg and the Mini Max. The increased air flow also allows you to light your grill faster, get to higher temperatures and maintain low temperatures, all while using less charcoal. The large gauge steel has 12 bars to prevent the waste of charcoal.
