You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is a result of our error (incorrect order, damaged upon receipt), we will issue a full refund. For all other returns, a shipping fee may apply.
To return an item as a registered user, login to your account, view the using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You can also call us at (256)445-0607 to discuss your return.

We will contact you via email or phone to notify you of your refund or shipment of a replacement item (depending on the circumstances of the return). Please allow for up to four weeks from the time you ship the original item for the return to be processed. This timeframe includes time for the item to be returned to us, the refund processed, and for your bank to process the refund request.
We currently ship to the United States only. If you are interested in an item and live outside the United States please contact us by email at email@example.com. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
